Silarah processes information needed to provide a Muslim matrimony service, protect members, and operate the platform.
Information we process
- Account identifiers and authentication records.
- Profile, preferences, photos, and information you choose to provide.
- Interests, matches, messages, blocks, reports, and safety signals.
- Device, notification token, subscription, and operational diagnostics.
- Verification outcomes. Face and moderation analysis is designed to run on-device where implemented; uploaded profile media is stored securely for service delivery.
How information is used
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide discovery and communication, enforce safety rules, process subscriptions, send requested notifications, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers required to operate Silarah, when you direct us to share it, or when required for safety and law. Retention depends on account status, legal requirements, fraud prevention, and the type of record.
Your choices
You can edit profile information, control notification and photo settings, pause visibility, block or report members, and request account deletion in the app. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@silarah.com.
Security and children
We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, and audit logging. Silarah is for adults aged 18 and over.
